Calmar Fire Department
Calmar Fire & Rescue is run out of our fire hall, situated at 5007 49 Street. We currently have a volunteer staff of 18 men and women. Our fire hall is home to five emergency response units, consisting of County of Leduc pumper and tanker trucks, a town pump truck, a command unit and a brand new state of the art rescue unit.
Calmar Fire & Rescue responds to a variety of calls, including fires, motor vehicle collisions, and medical assistance to assist the local ambulance authority.
Calmar Fire & Rescue is always looking for a few good men and women. If you are interested in making a difference in your community, please drop by any Tuesday during fire practice or call the Director of Protective Services at 780 985 3604 ext 228.
